Welcome to the CA PTC's new program The Capacity Building Assistance Program recently funded through a competitive process from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. We are excited to begin this new and important work supporting health departments and CBOs with implementing Effective Behavioral Interventions (EBI), Public Health Strategies (PHS) and with Monitoring and Evaluation of programs.
