Fundamentals of STDs in Clinical Practice, March 14-16, 2011 in Oakland, presented by our expert faculty and guest specialists. This comprehensive course offers current in-depth information for clinicians on STDs and covers epidemiology, diagnosis, treatment and management, screening and prevention, sexual history taking, and client-centered counseling, pregnancy, adolescents, dermatology, substance abuse, racial and other population disparities, and partner management. Recommended in conjunction with the Male & Female Genital Exam Skills practicum, or a Clinical Preceptorship.  Male & Female Genital Exam Skills on March 17, 2011 in San Francisco, is an optional skills-based training focusing on the male and female genital exam. Participants engage in experiential training with male and female teaching assistant models. Designed for clinicians who will be using these skills in their clinical practice.
