Designed for those who work in HIV counseling, testing and other HIV services programs, this course provides information and practice in the development of effective, non-coercive techniques that encourage clients to voluntarily identify sexual and injection-drug-use partners. It additionally offers training in practical and effective methods for notifying partners and providing referrals to appropriate services. Some courses may also include notification techniques. A prerequisite may be required.
