Welcome to SWAP

The intent of this service is to provide agencies with FREE access to locally developed, original health education and promotional materials, as well as to stimulate HIV/STD health promotion and marketing ideas.

These free materials were developed by colleagues at California local health jurisdictions and community based organizations. They are willing to share their products in order to save you time and money. We hope these materials meet your particular needs. If not, they may serve as a catalyst and encourage you to create your own special products or adapt an educational tool.

Generous colleagues share materials and encourage others to SWAP!
Check out this month's featured SWAP resource.

When browsing through our collection of materials, please keep in mind the following:
  • All materials are categorized by publication type, audience, specific disease, and other key words.
  • Each product may be downloaded, personalized with your contact information, and taken to a printer.
  • Duplication is at your own cost.
  • Materials contained on this site or can be ordered directly from the producer.
  • Videos can be ordered directly from the agency for free or at a minimal cost.
For information about production and evaluation details, please directly contact the agency that produced the materials.

Submissions

We will be adding materials to this site regularly. Do you have original materials that you would like to share? Please fill out the submission form and send electronic versions of the products to Joyce Lisbin.

Acknowledgements

This project is possible because of the spirit of generosity and cooperation within the public health community. Many thanks to all of the agencies that have agreed to share their original, locally developed, health education/promotional materials and to make them available through this public domain.
