This one day interactive forum will explore emerging issues related to pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP). Implications for clinical and non-clinical prevention providers, researchers, and other stakeholders will be examined. Key questions will be posed to participants throughout the day, including recommendations for behavioral, social, biomedical, and structural strategies, as well as thoughts about how to move forward together as providers and community members.

Objectives
At the end of the forum participants will:
- Increase their knowledge of how to apply recent PrEP efficacy findings to community programs, clinical practice, policy decisions, and other areas
- Understand community, social, and behavioral implications of PrEP for patient use and management, and considerations for special populations
- Consider and discuss evolving risk reduction strategies in the PrEP era and the resulting clinical, behavioral, social, and structural implications and potential unintended community consequences
- Develop strategies for medical, community, and health department partners to move forward together
